Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. After this period, returns are not accepted.

Eligible Items
We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags).
We cannot accept returns on:

• Final sale or limited-edition items

• Vintage or one-of-a-kind items

• Opened mystery packs

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment once the return is received and inspected. Processing may take several business days depending on your bank.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order after your return is processed.
